RYCOM Pathfinder Series
RYCOM’s most advanced signal acquisition and filtering technology. The Pathfinder PLS cable & pipe locator offers utility locators FrequencyFlex allowing users to adapt the system to their specific needs. Multiple active frequencies allow the user to accurately locate with a minimum of interference while maintaining the ability to continue locating past faults and around conduit bends. Passive frequencies identify “live” and charged lines by their naturally occurring electromagnetic fields. The Pathfinder PLS offers multiple passive frequencies — 50Hz, 60Hz, Radio Frequency, Cathodic Protection Rectifier & CATV — allowing line locating without the use of a transmitter.
Updated transmitter functions include improved transmitter induction, multi-frequency coupled induction ranging from 8 kHz to 118 kHz, and automatic impedance matching for direct connections.

Simple, accurate and affordable, the SnapTRACK HPTX Locating System will meet the demands of any locate task. This locator is designed for the locating professional, but it is simple enough to be used by anyone needing to locate.
The SnapTRACK is engineered to be adaptable. Frequencies and operational modes may be added or deleted on demand to suit the user’s locating needs.
The innovative PathLink technology creates a remote link between the transmitter and receiver. Users can control the transmitter’s output power and frequency right from the hand-held receiver, eliminating the back-and-forth walking between devices.
A large, high-contrast LCD offers a clearly visible signal response in any lighting. Automatic depth, automatic current, and proximal directional arrows are readable in the brightest sunshine or backlit for viewing in dimmer conditions. Whether the locate is measured in feet or miles, 10 watts of power and automatic impedance matching from 5 ohms to 25,000 ohms, ensures adequate signal.
